generalrust provides digital, in-game goods (kits, vip rank subscriptions, queue skip perks, and battlepass progression) for use exclusively on generalrust rust servers.

• items and ranks are delivered automatically to the steamid64 associated with your login.
• all digital goods have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred between accounts, or cashed out.
• server map and blueprint wipes follow our regular schedule (e.g. 5-day wipes). consumable kit items reset according to server wipe cycles, while rank subscriptions remain active for their stated term (e.g. 30 days).

all transactions on generalrust are processed securely through mollie b.v., a licensed european payment institution.

• generalrust does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, cvc codes, or raw bank details.
• all payment information is transmitted directly to mollie using pci-dss compliant, end-to-end encrypted protocols.
• we only retain non-sensitive merchant transaction ids and order statuses required for delivery fulfillment and accounting.

purchasing VIP ranks or kits does not exempt you from server rules or terms of fair play.

• cheating, third-party scripting, bug exploitation, offensive hate speech, or teaming past server group limits will result in an immediate ban.
• if your account is banned for cheating or violating server rules, any remaining rank time, kits, or perks are forfeited without eligibility for refund or compensation.
